Bizzy Bear is a series of children books published by Nosy Crow and illustrated by Benji Davies. I love this series because the illustrations are so cute! >_< And also because the books have tabs to pull and slide.

To celebrate Halloween, Bizzy Bear recently released a new title called Spooky House. This is the third Bizzy Bear book I bought. Despite being a board book that is supposedly harder to wreck, my son managed to destroy one and tear the other two. Such a little monster…

Let me show you what you will find inside the Spooky House.

This is the front cover. On the right side you will see a tab that you can pull out… and it will reveal a cat in skeleton costume behind the door.

Come inside. In the drawing room, near the fireplace, there’s a tab you can slide up and down. When pulled up, it will reveal an owl, and a frog dressed as a ghost in a white sheet.

Let go upstairs. In the music room, there’s an open window… the view will change as you turn the tab on the right side.

Up and up you go. Before you take the ladder to the attic, make sure to check out the elephant mummy behind the door by pulling the tab next to the grandfather’s clock.

Happy Halloween! Let’s have a party! 😀

As you pull up the tab on the trap door, bats come out from the top of the page. They wanna have fun too!
